Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1-4 business days] of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Orders placed after [9 PM] on Saturdays will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: € 9,99| Estimated delivery time: 6-15 business days.
Express Shipping: € 19,99 | Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over € 30.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided link.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items in their original condition within 20 days of receipt.
Items must include all original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items include: custom-made items, gift cards, undergarments, and sale items.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@styledgenie.com within 20 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package: Securely package your item(s) and include the original packing slip.
Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10 business days].
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@styledgenie.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
