Order Processing
Typical processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
How thresholds are calculated
Free-shipping thresholds (€60 / €70 / €80) are calculated after discounts and before shipping fees/taxes.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
Germany & EU: VAT included where applicable; no customs duties for intra-EU deliveries.
International (outside EU): Local import duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival and are payable by the recipient.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels
Please enter your address carefully. After dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/undeliverable address or uncollected delivery, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund items minus original shipping.
Split Shipments
To speed delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost. Separate tracking numbers will be provided.

We partner with leading carriers. Carrier selection is automatic based on speed, destination, and parcel size.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Orders containing pre-order/backorder items may ship when all items are available unless a split shipment is arranged.

Refund & Return Policy
StyledGenie UG
At StyledGenie UG, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality fashion products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you received your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@styledgenie.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be eligible:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items such as lingerie, swimwear, earrings, and customized/personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of notifying us about the withdrawal.
3. Return Process
Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@styledgenie.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items, including the original invoice or packing slip.
Ship the Return: Send the parcel to the return address provided by our team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@styledgenie.com with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
